Here's a little Work-in-Progress from this afternoon. I wanted to play with something stylized, so instead of referencing a photo, I used one of my own people-watching sketches.

Monolophosaurus Sculpt

I've been getting into Paleontological art lately. Well, I've been into it since I was seven, but I'm just now actually doing some homework. Here's a sculpt of Monolophosaurs. It's still in-progress, and has a long ways to go. HIs eyes are too big, to begin with. And he needs more meat and muscle over the skeletal structure I started with.

P.S. Just between you and me, I really wanted to name this blog "Head X-Ray: Ultrasound Images of my Developing Brainchildren," but it wouldn't fit in the little title tab. Plus the metaphor is a little mixed. X-rays are probably bad for developing brainchildren. Maybe this is for the best.
